Scope of service

Fees apply to document support, intake review, administrative coordination, translation support, and related customer assistance only as described for the relevant order. Unless expressly stated, this site does not claim bengoshi or law-firm status and must not be understood as offering representation reserved under the Attorney Act (Act No. 205 of 1949) or the Act on Handling of Legal Services by Foreign Lawyers.

What fees may include

• Initial consultation or intake fee
• Drafting, formatting, or document support fee
• Translation or multilingual review fee
• Filing, courier, certification, apostille, notarization, or registry-related costs
• Third-party professional fees where outside specialists are requested or required

What is usually excluded

Government charges, notary costs, court or registry fees, interpreter costs, expedited handling, and third-party professional fees are usually separate unless clearly listed as included in a written quote or order summary.

Variability

Total pricing, deliverables, timelines, and eligibility may vary by document type, facts provided by the customer, language pair, urgency, and jurisdiction. Cross-border matters may require extra verification or local professionals, which can change timing and cost.

Quotes, payment, and cancellation

Where a paid online application or contract is available, transaction terms and provider identification should be read together with the page published under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions（Act No. 57 of 1976）. Any cancellation, refund position, milestone billing, or non-refundable work already performed will be stated before checkout or order confirmation. Terms must be interpreted consistently with the Consumer Contract Act, Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations.

Privacy and communications

Personal data handling is described in the privacy policy under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information（Act No. 57 of 2003）. If analytics or similar tools transmit device information to third parties, related notice should be accessible under the Telecommunications Business Act（Act No. 86 of 1984）, Article 27-12. Promotional email requires prior consent under the Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail.
